Professional and tested cleaning with HALLER Bin Washing Vehicles

The professional cleaning of garbage bins, especially for bio-waste, is very important in the age of recycling. Dirty containers are ideal hotbeds for bacteria and centre of attraction for vermin. Therefore, HALLER avoids consciously reusing dirtY water.

Summary:
HALLER Bin Washing Vehicle type MBR IV is suitable for 35, 60, 80, 120, 240, 660, 770, 1100 l bins as well as for 2,5 and 4,5 cbm containers depending on type of lifter. The tanks have capacity of approx. 7.000 l of fresh, approx. 7.000 l of soiled water and approx. 1.200 l of solid matter.
Contaminated containers are lifted and tilted into the washing chamber at the rear of the vehicle by hydraulic lifter. The high-pressure stainless washing heads are automatically driven into the bins and spray the water at approx. 80 bar. Two washing heads with each 4 nozzles rotate on two levels. They provide an even spread of water jets inside of containers. The stop position switch situated at the lifter gives according impulse.
The washing cycle, depending on the bin’s contamination degree, is variably adjustable. The water used is pumped out from the solid matter tank into the soiled water one.
The remaining sludge can be emptied via pneumatically operated gate at the bottom of the tank.
